Associate Consultant

Location: Hybrid in Boston, Durham, Emeryville, Evanston, Princeton, New York City, Rockville, Thousand Oaks, or San Diego, United States

Salary: $70,000–$85,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop code to ingest, clean, and process life sciences client data.
• Execute data processing tasks, troubleshoot errors, and ensure accuracy in code and client deliverables.
• Identify key metrics and create data visualizations for advanced reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Engage directly with clients to solve complex problems and deliver innovative solutions.
• Collaborate on salesforce sizing, territory alignment, and incentive compensation strategies.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects for clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and 0–2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong academic record, analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and quantitative aptitude.
• Basic coding skills in Python, R, SQL, SAS, VBA, or similar technologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organization, time management, and collaboration skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work permanently and continuously in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of data visualization software such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
