Strategic Advisor, Enterprise Strategy (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid Flex at the Durham campus, with at least two office days per week. Candidates from outside the local area may be considered in states listed on the job posting.

Salary: $81,068–$129,708 annually, plus annual incentive bonus and total rewards.

What you will do

• Deliver market and competitive intelligence on healthcare trends, care delivery innovation, and evolving payer-provider models.
• Analyze financial, operational, payer, and market datasets to identify growth and performance opportunities.
• Translate analytics into strategic recommendations, scenario analyses, and executive decision frameworks.
• Develop near- to mid-term strategies and implementation-ready roadmaps for FastMed and Alo | Avance Care.
• Support cross-enterprise strategies, care delivery partnerships, investments, and transactions.
• Prepare executive presentations and co-manage financial, operational, legal, compliance, and communications activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or advanced degree, or at least five years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least three years of experience translating market, competitive, customer, and location intelligence into actionable business insights.
• At least two years of experience analyzing large, complex datasets and presenting findings through data analysis and visualization tools.
• Experience with Excel, Tableau, SQL, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
• Strong strategic and financial acumen, including business cases, financial models, and investment analyses.

Nice to have

• Experience in business development, strategic planning, market or product development, business operations, healthcare operations, or project management.
• Experience working with healthcare providers or payers.
• Experience with Buxton or similar market planning and analytics platforms.
