Strategy & Innovation Consultant

Location: Hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the office in Portland, OR; Renton, WA; Salt Lake City, UT; Boise, ID; or Fargo, ND. Candidates must live within commuting distance or be willing to relocate.

Salary: $101,150–$136,830 expected hiring range for Oregon, Washington, Utah, and Idaho, with a full range of $95,000–$155,000 and a 15% bonus target. North Dakota expected hiring range: $101,853–$137,801; full range: $90,435–$149,219.

What you will do

• Perform data-driven analyses and create visualizations for executive and board-level presentations.
• Structure complex business problems and develop hypothesis-driven solutions.
• Build financial models and business cases for strategic initiatives.
• Identify and use data to answer complex business questions.
• Collaborate with executives and department heads to advance business objectives.
• Facilitate workshops and strategic planning sessions while managing multiple workstreams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, mathematics, statistics, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in business strategy, management consulting, healthcare strategy, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate strategy.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.
• Strong written communication, quantitative and qualitative research, and data synthesis skills.
• Must be based within commuting distance of a listed US office or be willing to relocate.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tools and technologies for productivity and decision-making.
• Healthcare experience.
• Experience with SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.
