Director, Fan Engagement Marketing – International Club CRM & Performance Marketing

Location: New York, New York, United States; onsite presence at an hirify.global office or stadium location is required. Remote and hybrid options are not offered.

Salary: $165,000–$195,000 USD annually

The National Football League operates professional football and supports international fan growth through its 32 Clubs.

What you will do

• Operate and scale the International 1:1 Club Managed Services model as an internal agency for all 32 Clubs.
• Oversee localized campaigns across email, SMS, push, in-app, web, and emerging channels.
• Manage distributed employees and contingent partners across regions and time zones, including workflows, training, QA, capacity planning, and workload balancing.
• Apply behavioral, transactional, and engagement signals, testing frameworks, and performance insights to improve campaign execution.
• Execute data governance and compliance standards for international fan data and PII, partnering with Legal, Data & Analytics, and MarTech teams.
• Coordinate with Clubs and cross-functional teams on planning, issue resolution, reporting, and operational scaling.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or performance-driven engagement, including international exposure.
• Experience with managed services, agency, or shared-services models in global environments.
• Working knowledge of international data privacy and marketing regulations, including GDPR.
• Experience managing distributed teams or partners across regions and time zones.
• Strong executional fluency with MarTech platforms, including CDPs, journey orchestration, and messaging platforms.
• Ability to manage high-volume, deadline-driven workflows with accuracy; experience in sports, entertainment, or global consumer brands.

• Experience scaling internal agency or managed-services models in complex organizations.
• Experience working in matrixed environments and partnering with Legal, Data, and Technology teams in regulated markets.
