Location: Louisville, Kentucky, United States; onsite at Louisville Works

Annual pay range: $85,801–$134,064 USD. Annual bonus target: 6%.

What you will do

  • Coordinate daily and weekly maintenance planning and scheduling with Production and Maintenance teams.
  • Convert maintenance notifications into work orders, set priorities, manage backlogs and preventive maintenance items, and track execution.
  • Coordinate maintenance preparation, including LOTO communications, equipment decontamination, safety compliance, and escalation of critical tasks.
  • Serve as the site Turnaround Coordinator by maintaining work lists, leading pre-turnaround meetings, and supporting TAR planning and execution.
  • Lead Work Management Process integration and recommend reliability improvements that reduce downtime and strengthen operational performance.
  • Maintain SAP work history and reporting data, document maintenance activities and corrective actions, and support risk assessments, incident investigations, and root cause analyses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience in chemical manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of chemical processes, maintenance procedures, equipment, and materials.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and use SEEQ, Power BI, and Microsoft tools.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, planning, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work abnormal or extended hours and respond to urgent operational needs when required.
