Supervisor, Maintenance, Sterile Ops (Days)

Salary: $70,000–$118,750 per year

What you will do

• Perform corrective, predictive, and preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, inspections, rebuilds, line turnarounds, and changeovers on process equipment.
• Troubleshoot electronic, environmental monitoring, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical equipment using appropriate testing and measuring tools.
• Install new equipment, oversee upgrades, and support project implementation and validation activities.
• Monitor equipment and system performance, complete work orders, and maintain batch records and GMP documentation.
• Train production operators on equipment setup, minor adjustments, and repairs.
• Maintain 5S organization, MRO inventory controls, cleaning standards, aseptic processing certifications, and safety compliance.

Requirements

• Prior experience maintaining and ensuring the performance of equipment in a regulated production environment.
• Ability to understand, read, write, communicate, and follow instructions in English.
• Ability to lift and handle equipment change parts, tooling, and maintenance materials; the role includes lifting up to 35 lbs and working at heights of up to 15 ft.
• Prior people leadership experience, including supervising, mentoring, or developing direct reports.
• Ability to work a 12-hour 2/2/3 schedule and provide scheduled or emergency overtime when required.
• Work authorization or visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• High school, vocational school, associate degree in engineering, or equivalent mechanical trade training.
• Experience with automated equipment and training in mechanics, hydraulics, electronics, and electrical or mechanical troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of SAP, KRONOS, or other MRP and materials maintenance systems.
• Experience with OEE, TPM, LEAN, or other continuous improvement systems.
