Senior Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Pennsauken, New Jersey, United States — on-site

Salary: $75,000–$107,813 per year, plus a targeted annual bonus of 10%

What you will do

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the maintenance team and assign maintenance requests and work orders.
• Improve equipment reliability by analyzing data, investigating root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
• Lead and optimize the plant CMMS for work tracking, preventive maintenance generation, and quality compliance.
• Manage plant utilities, including compressors, boilers, steam generators, water treatment systems, cooling units, and related measurements.
• Support capital projects, spare-parts management, service-provider relationships, and departmental training.
• Track maintenance performance, budgets, labor, materials, schedule attainment, preventive-maintenance completion, backlog, and OEE downtime.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food or FDA-regulated industry.
• Experience leading a maintenance team and managing preventive maintenance programs.
• Proficiency with computer systems and the ability to learn maintenance software, including SAP.
• Strong planning, execution, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform frequent standing, walking, lifting, climbing, kneeling, and crawling.
• Ability to work around machinery, noise, extreme temperatures, dust, fumes, heights, and processed allergens including wheat, eggs, dairy, and soy.
