Continuous Improvement Coordinator (Lean Six Sigma)

What you will do

• Identify and analyze process improvement opportunities across manufacturing and distribution.
• Support Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and PDCA improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate workshops, value stream mapping sessions, and root cause analysis activities.
• Collect and interpret performance data, maintain KPI dashboards, and track cost savings, efficiency gains, and project ROI.
• Document current- and future-state processes and maintain SOPs and best-practice documentation.
• Collaborate with distribution center leadership and cross-functional stakeholders on quality, compliance, and change management.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in process improvement, operations, manufacturing, quality, or a similar role.
• Knowledge of Lean tools including 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 5 Whys, and DMAIC.
• Project management, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Teams, Outlook, and Word.
• Ability to work in an office and distribution environment, including standing, walking, computer-based work, and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
