Continuous Improvement Lead (Manufacturing)

Location: Anoka, Minnesota, United States; onsite

Salary: $76,000–$141,100 per year, plus potential additional compensation such as annual or long-term incentives.

What you will do

• Lead and facilitate Kaizen events with operations, logistics, materials, and supply chain teams.
• Apply Lean methodologies to identify waste, improve material flow, and implement sustainable process improvements.
• Drive measurable gains in cost reduction, ihirify.globalory accuracy, productivity, cycle time, and throughput.
• Observe production, warehouse, receiving, inspection, and material-flow processes at the gemba and implement hands-on improvements.
• Develop standard work, visual management, and daily management practices to sustain improvements.
• Train and coach operators, supervisors, and cross-functional partners on Lean principles and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of experience leading Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, distribution, or production.
• Practical experience with Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, material and information flow, takt time analysis, and root-cause problem solving.
• Ability to quantify and communicate improvement results, including cost savings, productivity gains, and waste reduction.
• Strong coaching, influencing, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with frontline teams and supervisors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

Nice to have

• Experience with PFEP, material-flow design, ihirify.globalory replenishment systems, Kanban, or internal logistics improvement initiatives.
