Project Manager - Landscape Architecture

What you will do

• Manage project initiation, research, programming, conceptualization, design planning, scheduling, and delivery across multiple projects.
• Lead project teams, establish project goals, organize work, supervise staff, and delegate tasks to designers, planners, and interns.
• Coordinate consultants, clients, project communications, meetings, presentations, and design reviews.
• Oversee CAD document production, drawings, specifications, contract documents, takeoffs, cost estimates, and quality control reviews.
• Manage project budgets and schedules, produce documents within established fees, and provide monthly updates to leadership.
• Direct construction administration, conduct site visits, review submittals, and approve and seal construction documents.

Requirements

• Landscape Architecture degree from an accredited BLA or MLA program.
• Registered Landscape Architect with CLARB certification.
• 5–10 years of experience in a private-sector design or planning office.
• Advanced AutoCAD and customization skills, plus Photoshop, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Advanced knowledge of contract document layout and production.
• Advanced hand and digital rendering skills.
