Project Manager, Architecture (Architecture)

Location: Bloomington, Minnesota, United States. Hybrid schedule: in-office Tuesday through Thursday and work from home Monday and Friday. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Salary: $78,000–$117,000 per year.

What you will do

• Oversee architecture projects from initial proposals through final closeout.
• Estimate fees, develop project scopes, and establish project frameworks.
• Prepare, coordinate, and route comprehensive proposals and project deliverables.
• Manage design processes and coordinate multidisciplinary consultants.
• Lead construction administration and collaborate with contractors, owners, and construction professionals.
• Manage budgets, resources, client relationships, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• 5–15 years of project management experience in architecture, landscape architecture, construction, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree in architecture, landscape architecture, or a related field.
• Experience in commercial or industrial sectors.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage client relationships.
• Proficiency in budget management and resource allocation.
• Experience with Vantagepoint and familiarity with contractors, owners, and construction professionals.

Nice to have

• Architectural registration in the State of Minnesota.
• Previous sales or business development experience.
