What you will do

• Lead complex planning and design projects from initiation through successful delivery.
• Supervise and support multidisciplinary teams of planners and landscape architects.
• Guide project leads and mentor planners, designers, and project managers.
• Build trusted client relationships and deliver solutions aligned with client goals.
• Manage project quality, schedules, budgets, financial performance, and team priorities.
• Support business development through proposals, presentations, interviews, networking, and relationship building.

Requirements

• 8+ years of project management experience in planning, landscape architecture, design, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success leading complex projects and larger multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong client relationship, communication, strategic thinking, and team management skills.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or developing project managers and design professionals.
• Understanding of project delivery, financial performance, schedules, and accountability.
