Project Manager (Architecture)

Location: Seattle, Washington, United States. Hybrid work model with four days in the office and flexibility to work elsewhere on Fridays.

Salary: $100,000–$150,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Oversee one or more projects, managing scope, schedules, milestones, staffing, budgets, fees, and quality.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, vendors, external consultants, and design leaders.
• Support business development through RFQ, RFP, interview, scope, fee, and agreement processes.
• Monitor deliverables, submittals, project status, and client-directed changes while proposing solutions.
• Maintain clear client communication and support timely project decisions.
• Provide leadership and performance feedback, contribute to recruitment, and support the financial success of projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Interior Design.
• At least 8 years of professional experience, including 3 years as a project manager.
• High proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in Vantagepoint, Planifi, Microsoft Suite including Project, and relevant A/E/I/P software and tools.
• Knowledge of design techniques, technical plans, drawings, models, sustainable design principles, and local building and zoning codes.
• Strong written, verbal, and graphic communication skills with the ability to multitask while maintaining quality standards.
