Project Manager/Senior Project Manager - Water Resources

Location: Dallas, Texas, USA office in Richardson; onsite full-time role

What you will do

• Plan, design, manage, and provide specialty services for water resources engineering projects.
• Support additional civil engineering projects as needed.
• Coordinate with clients, review agencies, and design team members throughout project delivery.
• Manage project requirements, schedules, budgets, proposals, and project financial performance.
• Lead engineering teams and support the development of early-career engineers.
• Guide construction plan packages, stormwater master planning studies, and construction oversight activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering or a related engineering field.
• Professional Engineer license in Texas or ability to obtain it within six months.
• At least 10 years of experience designing engineering projects for public sector clients, including three years with project management responsibilities.
• Experience coordinating multiple clients, review agencies, and design team members.
• Proficiency in proposal writing, budgeting, and project financial management.
• Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Established relationships with Texas clients and participation in business development activities.
• AutoCAD, Civil3D, and GIS experience.
• Experience with HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, SWMM, and HY-8; HEC-RAS 1D/2D experience is preferred.
• Experience with construction oversight and stormwater master planning.
