Senior Analyst, Strategic Analytics (Automotive)

Location: Tempe, Arizona, United States; hybrid with a minimum on-site expectation of three days per week

What you will do

• Analyze large datasets to identify opportunities that improve customer experience and profitability in ancillary products.
• Create in-depth analyses and value-added strategies in collaboration with stakeholders and partner teams.
• Create, maintain, and automate reporting to optimize business segments.
• Design, develop, test, and implement new products and solutions.
• Present concise insights, recommendations, and visualizations to senior executives and business leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, finance, statistics, engineering, computer information systems, or another quantitative or STEM field.
• 3+ years of experience in data, financial, or strategic analytics.
• Strong SQL and Snowflake skills, with extensive experience developing analysis in Excel.
• Strong statistical, problem-solving, communication, and reporting skills.
• Experience using analysis to support business decisions, manage multiple project streams, and improve organizational performance.
