Analyst Rotation Program - Summer 2027 (Business Analytics)

Location: Richmond, Virginia, United States; onsite four days per week. The role is based at the hirify.global Midtown Office or hirify.global Home Office.

Annual salary: $68,300–$102,500, with potential bonus and equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Analyze hirify.global data to solve complex business challenges and generate insights.
• Partner with leaders across the organization to deploy analytical insights and shape strategies.
• Present analytical findings and influence positive business change.
• Address diverse business problems across three eight-month rotations over a two-year program.
• Build technical, communication, storytelling, and leadership skills through training and practical experience.
• Develop professional relationships within a community of more than 200 full-time analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an analytical or quantitative major is preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in an analytical role.
• Relevant project, research, or internship experience.
• Proficiency with computers, database systems, or software packages is preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; visa sponsorship will not be considered.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, Snowflake, Python, Tableau, Power BI, or Microsoft Suite.
• Coursework or practical experience involving analytics, research, or quantitative problem-solving.
