Analyst / Senior Strategic Analyst

Location: Dallas, TX - Headquarters

Salary: $85,000–$100,000 annually plus performance bonus

What you will do

• Conduct advanced statistical and quantitative analysis across financial, operational, and sales data.
• Develop strategic and tactical recommendations for business decision-makers.
• Support sales strategy development by testing hypotheses and monitoring performance.
• Track project action items, risks, dependencies, deliverables, and timelines.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, IT, and Finance to improve quality, volume, service, and profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or another quantitative field.
• At least 2 years of professional quantitative analysis experience; 4+ years preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with SQL, R, Python, Tableau, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present findings to senior leadership.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with data-driven model building, market research, and business analysis.
• Project or people management and leadership experience.
• Marketing or CRM analytics experience, including email campaigns, lifecycle marketing, or customer segmentation.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, attribution models, customer journey analysis, and digital marketing metrics.
