Analyst / Senior Strategic Analyst (Data Analytics)

Location: Dallas, TX - Headquarters

Salary: $85,000–$100,000 annually plus performance bonus

What you will do

• Conduct advanced statistical and quantitative analysis of financial, operational, sales, and other business data.
• Develop strategic and tactical recommendations and provide insights for decision-makers and sales initiatives.
• Test business hypotheses through monitoring and analysis.
• Track project action items, issues, deliverables, risks, and dependencies against timelines.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, IT, and Finance to improve quality, volume, service, and profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Math, Statistics, Engineering, or another quantitative field.
• At least 2 years of professional quantitative analysis experience; 4+ years preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL, R, or Python, plus data visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present results clearly to senior leadership.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with data-driven model building, market research, and business analysis.
• Leadership experience in project or people management.
• Marketing or CRM analytics experience, including email campaign performance, lifecycle marketing, or customer segmentation.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email marketing platforms.
• Knowledge of marketing attribution models, customer journey analysis, and digital marketing metrics such as ROAS, CTR, open rate, conversion rate, and unsubscribe rate.
• Exposure to Python or R for advanced data manipulation or statistical analysis.
• Curiosity about different aspects of business and industry.
