Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Strategy & Analytics

Location: Richmond, Virginia, United States; onsite at the hirify.global Midtown Office four days per week. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Annual salary: $88,400–$132,600, with possible bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Partner with Product managers or Field Operations leaders as an analytical advisor.
• Support supply chain strategy across vehicle acquisition, B2B exchange, merchandising, logistics, or service operations.
• Design and analyze tests to evaluate product and operational changes.
• Enhance analytical models, reports, and dashboards.
• Monitor performance and provide data-driven recommendations to improve vehicle flow, reconditioning, and supply chain operations.

Requirements

• Two or more years of experience in an analytical or strategic role.
• Four-year undergraduate degree with strong academic performance.
• Strong problem-solving, strategic-thinking, quantitative-analysis, and qualitative-analysis skills.
• Experience conducting large-scale data analysis and supporting conclusions with data.
• Willingness to gain proficiency in SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Ability to communicate complex topics and collaborate with analysts and business partners.
