Sr. Analyst - Wholesale Parts Strategy (Automotive)

Location: Plano, Texas, United States; onsite role with up to 10% domestic travel

What you will do

• Develop and execute wholesale parts sales growth strategies with hirify.global Region and PD field teams.
• Negotiate, administer, evaluate, and optimize price-match programs with current and future business partners.
• Develop targeted parts sales strategies to increase wholesale parts sales and market share.
• Research external growth opportunities, partnerships, and fleet parts sales initiatives.
• Evaluate regional and dealer performance using KPIs, then implement solutions to improve sales.
• Launch wholesale and collision parts programs, prepare promotional materials, train field teams, and present performance updates to executives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field.
• Experience in service, parts, strategy development, planning, and/or strategic communication.
• Strong communication and strategic planning skills.
• Advanced PowerPoint visualization and Excel skills.
• Alteryx and Tableau skills.
• Must have the right to work in the United States without current or future hirify.global immigration sponsorship or support.
