Maintenance Technician (Manufacturing)

Location: Troy, Ohio, United States. Onsite role working on 2nd–3rd shifts.

What you will do

• Safely move and transfer equipment to optimize layouts and support production needs.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, routine equipment checks, work-order processing, and time logging.
• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic production systems.
• Diagnose and repair facility infrastructure issues while following applicable safety and site standards.
• Investigate breakdowns, recommend solutions to management, and take action to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate on maintenance projects, identify additional issues, and implement practical solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, an advanced degree, or equivalent compensating experience.
• Industry-relevant professional experience, certifications, system experience, and training.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, hydraulic, and facility infrastructure systems.
• Clear, concise communication and proactive collaboration with colleagues at all organizational levels.
• Professional-level English language skills are preferred.
• Customer-focused approach, initiative, execution, and support for innovative solutions.
