What you will do

  • Guide and assist surgeons during orthopedic trauma procedures by providing clinical and technical support.
  • Represent the company in hospitals, attend surgeries, and ensure instruments and equipment are available and functioning.
  • Troubleshoot physician and customer requests, manage hospital billing, and build and close purchase orders.
  • Provide operating-room and sterile-processing consultation while maintaining high service and quality standards.
  • Track, maintain, and deploy instruments, implants, equipment, and other assets across the assigned area.
  • Share customer and marketplace insights with sales, clinical, marketing, and strategic account teams and prepare reports as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or an associate degree or medical certification with at least 2 years of professional experience, or at least 4 years of professional experience; recently transitioned military personnel may also qualify.
  • Ability to reside in or relocate to the assigned U.S. geographic region.
  • Ability to travel within the United States as necessary, including frequent overnight and weekend travel.
  • Valid driver’s license issued in the United States.
  • Ability to work in a laboratory and operating-room environment, with knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and basic surgery.
  • Strong communication, influencing, critical-thinking, problem-solving, independence, prioritization, accuracy, and attention-to-detail skills.

Nice to have

  • Strong technical product knowledge of surgical instruments, procedures, protocols, and solutions.
