What you will do

  • Guide and assist surgeons in operating rooms by providing clinical and technical support during orthopedic surgical cases.
  • Represent the company during surgeries, support customers directly, and ensure the correct equipment is available and functioning.
  • Troubleshoot physician and customer requests while managing hospital billing, purchase orders, and related documentation.
  • Share customer, procedural, and marketplace insights with sales, clinical, marketing, and strategic account teams.
  • Consult with operating rooms and sterile processing departments and maintain high service and quality standards.
  • Track, maintain, deploy, and transport instruments, implants, and equipment throughout the assigned territory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; alternatively, an associate degree or medical certification with at least two years of relevant experience, at least four years of relevant experience, or recent transition from active military duty.
  • Ability to work in a laboratory and operating-room environment.
  • Valid driver’s license issued in the United States.
  • Ability to travel, including possible weekend and overnight travel.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, influencing, strategic thinking, problem-solving, data analysis, and business-acumen skills.
  • Ability to work independently in complex, matrixed, and team-based environments, with strong attention to detail and an understanding of human anatomy and physiology.

  • Technical product knowledge of surgical instruments, procedures, protocols, and solutions.
