What you will do

• Develop paid social media strategies and performance analyses for client campaigns.
• Plan, implement, manage, QA, traffic, and optimize campaigns across social platforms and API partner interfaces.
• Collaborate with Media Planning, Social Strategy, Strategy & Analytics, Account, Creative, and Measurement teams.
• Evaluate new advertising products, messaging platforms, API partners, and technology advancements.
• Use real-time data, testing, forecasting tools, budgets, bid strategies, and audience planning to improve campaign performance.
• Manage direct reports, support client relationships, and train junior team members.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in media planning, media buying, or ad operations.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience using self-service social advertising platforms and API partner UIs.
• 1+ years of team management experience.
• Knowledge of paid media metrics including CTR, CPC, CPM, and CPA.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, strong communication, collaboration, and project management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree required; familiarity with generative AI tools is a plus.
