What you will do

• Build relationships with clients, creative agencies, social media partners, and internal teams.
• Supervise paid social RFPs, proposals, negotiations, strategic plans, media documents, and financial tracking.
• Oversee campaign setup, ad buying, keyword selection, targeting, optimization, pacing, reporting, trafficking, and site tagging.
• Manage campaign QA, insertion order approvals, measurement planning, and tracking functionality.
• Analyze campaign data, dashboards, and Excel trackers to develop client recommendations and optimizations.
• Manage and develop junior team members through coaching, performance reviews, training, and career planning.

Requirements

• 3+ years of paid social media experience.
• Experience buying ads on Facebook and Instagram; experience with additional platforms is preferred.
• Understanding of marketing principles, analytics, advanced targeting, and retargeting tactics.
• Ability to manage social media budgets and investment levels.
• Strong writing, presentation, organization, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
