Supervisor, Paid Social Media

Location: Remote (USA)

Salary: $75,000–$100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

What you will do

• Develop and execute paid social strategies aligned with client business, brand, and performance objectives.
• Lead day-to-day campaign activation and optimization across Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, X, and emerging platforms.
• Manage client relationships, communicate recommendations, and present actionable insights and results.
• Analyze campaign performance to identify opportunities, solve challenges, and improve outcomes.
• Partner with planning, investment, analytics, creative, and other agency teams to integrate paid social into broader media strategies.
• Mentor junior team members and help establish best practices for paid social strategy, measurement, and optimization.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in paid social media, including strategy, activation, optimization, and measurement.
• Hands-on experience with major paid social platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, X, or emerging platforms.
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, campaign structure, budgeting, creative formats, optimization, and measurement.
• Ability to analyze performance data and turn insights into clear recommendations and strategic actions.
• Experience managing client relationships, presenting strategies and results, and handling multiple campaigns and priorities.
• Demonstrated experience mentoring and developing team members, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
