Media Supervisor, Paid Social

Location: New York, New York; hybrid work arrangement

Salary: $90,000–$105,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Supervise paid social campaign buying from setup and keyword selection through targeting, optimization, pacing, reporting, trafficking, and site tagging.
• Lead social media strategy, media plan development, testing methodologies, and recommendations based on data, research, and analytics.
• Develop points of view on paid social trends, tools, and emerging opportunities.
• Oversee reporting, dashboard and Excel tracker data aggregation, analysis, standardization, and actionable optimization recommendations.
• Manage relationships with clients, partners, creative agencies, and internal business solutions, investment, traffic, and operations teams.
• Manage, coach, train, and develop junior team members, including performance reviews, career goals, and participation in interviews.

Requirements

• 3+ years of paid social media experience.
• Thorough knowledge of advanced analytics and performance media.
• Understanding of marketing principles, analytics, and related concepts.
• Strong writing, presentation, problem-solving, organization, and time-management skills.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
• Experience buying ads on Facebook and Instagram; familiarity with advanced social targeting and retargeting tactics and ownership of social media budgets.
