What you will do

• Supervise paid social campaign setup, buying, targeting, optimization, pacing, trafficking, site tagging, and quality assurance.
• Lead social media strategy and integrate social insights, data, research, and analytics into broader media plans.
• Develop media plans, objectives, strategy decks, trend perspectives, and recommendations for emerging paid social opportunities.
• Oversee reporting, dashboard and Excel tracker data aggregation, analysis, testing methodologies, and optimization strategies.
• Manage relationships with clients, media partners, creative agencies, and internal Business Solutions, Investment, Traffic, and Operations teams.
• Manage, coach, train, and support the career development and performance reviews of junior team members.

Requirements

• 3+ years of previous paid social media experience.
• Thorough knowledge of advanced analytics and performance media.
• Understanding of marketing principles, analytics, and related concepts.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
• Crucial experience buying ads on Facebook and Instagram.
• Experience with advanced social targeting and retargeting tactics, and comfort managing social media budgets.
