Intern - Office of the CEO (AI)

Location: Hybrid in New York, NY, with 3 to 4 days per week in person

Compensation: $18–$20 per hour

What you will do

• Source passive candidates for technical and business roles through LinkedIn Recruiter and alternative networks.
• Coordinate interviews, manage the ATS, and improve the candidate experience across the recruiting journey.
• Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-hire, drop-off rates, and source effectiveness.
• Build dashboards and reports to support data-driven recruiting and process improvements.
• Research compensation, benefits, and market trends to inform competitive offers.
• Work directly with leadership on recruiting operations and cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• Builder mentality with initiative to identify broken processes and design systems to improve them.
• Strong interest in technology, product development, business strategy, and future Product Management work.
• Analytical approach and comfort with Excel or Google Sheets, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
• Strong communication skills for candidate outreach and executive-level recommendations.
• Availability for 30–40 hours per week, including full-time work in the NYC office during the summer and part-time work during the academic year.
