Recruiter (GovTech)

hirify.global is a GovTech startup building AI-native software to modernize essential public services and strengthen trust in American government agencies.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for federal sales, G&A, and operations roles from intake to offer.
• Develop and execute relationship-based sourcing strategies to build pipelines for specialized talent.
• Deliver a white-glove candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process.
• Integrate AI tools into daily sourcing, screening, and pipeline management workflows.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate complex needs into effective search strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a track record of independent ownership.
• Experience recruiting for GTM, sales, or G&A functions, ideally within the public sector or federal contracting.
• Must be based in or able to work from the New York City office in a hybrid capacity.
• Genuine fluency with AI tools for recruiting workflows.
• Ability to operate with minimal process and build structure in a high-ambiguity environment.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Experience building or improving recruiting process and tool stacks.
• Exposure to federal contracting or govtech hiring.
