Salary: $105,000–$125,000 in California, New York, and Washington; $80,000–$100,000 in other US states; CA$115,000–CA$145,000 in Canada. Equity is offered.

What you will do

• Build, own, and nurture talent pipelines across Sales, Finance, Revenue, Marketing & Communications, and Operations.
• Partner with hiring managers and talent partners to source and engage passive candidates through creative methods.
• Deliver a high-quality recruiting experience aligned with Cohere’s premium brand.
• Track recruiting funnels, progress, and analytics in the ATS.
• Maintain market intelligence on business talent trends and competitive landscapes.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and lead high-impact talent projects.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience sourcing for business roles across relevant functions and markets such as EMEA and the US.
• Proven sourcing experience in high-growth, high-bar environments.
• An established network across business communities and industry leaders.
• Strong relationship-building, influencing, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to use data and analytics to guide sourcing decisions and measure effectiveness.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusive team building.
