Technical Recruiter (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States; on-site with four days per week in the office

Salary: $120K–$160K annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and closing.
• Source and engage software, AI/ML, and infrastructure candidates through high-volume outbound recruiting.
• Partner with the CEO and hiring managers to define role requirements and calibrate quickly.
• Build and maintain a continuously active technical talent pipeline.
• Identify recruiting process gaps, implement improvements, and track recruiting metrics in Ashby ATS.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Startup experience is required.
• Proven experience hiring engineers in software, AI/ML, infrastructure, or similar technical disciplines.
• High-volume sourcing experience with consistent outbound pipeline generation.
• Experience closing candidates and negotiating offers.
• Ability to work in person in the San Francisco office four days per week.
