Senior Engineer (Gas Engineering)

Location: Rochester, New York, United States. In-office position.

Salary: $83,804.80–$120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

What you will do

• Apply theoretical and practical engineering knowledge to planning, operations, design, and construction activities.
• Perform engineering analyses, modeling, calculations, and economic evaluations of engineering alternatives.
• Develop business cases and present recommendations to stakeholders.
• Prepare, review, interpret, and maintain engineering documentation.
• Review and approve engineering work for compliance with company standards, specifications, and contract requirements.
• Collaborate across functions and build effective relationships throughout the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology.
• At least 5 years of technical experience in gas engineering or a related field.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in the Rochester office.
