EPC Construction Manager (Solar)

Location: Santa Fe Springs, California; onsite with travel required and work at project sites during construction

Salary: $120,000–$160,000 per year, paid weekly and commensurate with experience

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate all site activities for solar and BESS EPC projects from mobilization through commercial operation.
• Manage subcontractors, site personnel, staffing, equipment selection, procurement, and material delivery.
• Implement the Project Execution Plan and oversee safety, quality, risk management, testing, commissioning, and schedule adherence.
• Manage project productivity, budgets, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance metrics with the Project Manager.
• Maintain the client’s site relationship, communicate project status, and provide solutions to construction issues.
• Develop scenario plans, resolve schedule constraints, troubleshoot issues, and support the growth of the construction team.

Requirements

• Cal OSHA 30-hour Construction training.
• Demonstrated construction management experience and leadership of people.
• Experience with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project scheduling software.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and the MS Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, interpersonal, reasoning, and leadership skills.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
