What you will do

  • Define and document RFPs and scope of work packages for 3rd party EPC firms.
  • Act as the Owner’s Representative for EPC contract management on solar and storage projects.
  • Review and manage EPC contractor schedules, budgets, permits, and EHS plans.
  • Coordinate utility interconnection processes and project testing documentation.
  • Lead project status meetings with management, utilities, and finance counterparties.
  • Manage project turnover from construction to asset operations teams.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate Degree in engineering, project management, or construction management.
  • 5-10 years of professional experience in construction project management.
  • Experience in distributed generation or utility-scale PV solar project construction.
  • Familiarity with photovoltaic solar design, technical standards, and civil/structural knowledge.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, CPM scheduling, and Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
  • Ability to travel to project locations up to 30%.

Nice to have

  • Experience in energy storage projects.
  • Project Management Institute (PMP) certification.
