What you will do

• Oversee maintenance and reliability for utility systems, including CHP turbines, diesel generators, and MV/LV distribution.
• Design electrical infrastructure expansions and conduct engineering studies for equipment installation and replacement.
• Lead engineering projects from planning to completion, managing budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Perform Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and implement preventive maintenance strategies to improve asset reliability.
• Ensure strict compliance with SOPs, cGMP, OSHA, and electrical codes (NEC, NFPA70E).
• Provide technical guidance to operations and maintenance teams for system performance optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience (or equivalent degree/experience combination).
• Expertise in Electrical/Plant Utility systems, UPS, grounding, and lightning protection.
• Experience with underground electric distribution and medium-voltage substations.
• Proficiency in Electrical Power Studies, Voltage Drop, and Arc Flash Hazard analysis.
• Thorough understanding of electrical codes: NFPA70E, NEC, NEMA, IEEE, UL, LEED.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

• Proficiency in SAP.
• Strong background in Project Management.
• Experience with pharmaceutical regulatory compliance and quality standards.
