Project Engineer (Electrical)

Location: Onsite at a client facility in Dublin, Ireland

What you will do

• Own industrial electrical projects from concept through completion, providing technical leadership throughout delivery.
• Support and challenge engineering activities for high-voltage projects, including 110kV installations and large-scale electrical infrastructure.
• Coordinate design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover across the full project lifecycle.
• Manage contractors, consultants, and suppliers while acting as the key engineering point of contact.
• Control project schedules, budgets, governance, and costs.
• Deliver projects in live operational facilities, including shutdown and commissioning activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Construction, Science, or a related subject.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Extensive industrial electrical engineering experience, ideally covering HV/LV systems and large-scale electrical infrastructure.
• Experience in manufacturing or process environments such as food and beverage, pharmaceutical, medical device, semiconductor, or life sciences.
• Strong project execution, problem-solving, organization, multitasking, and collaboration skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage at all organizational levels.
