Sourcing Manager (Logistics)

What you will do

• Manage strategic sourcing for North American Bulk Truck Logistics across 15 sites.
• Develop data-based procurement plans and long-term logistics strategies.
• Negotiate supply contracts covering pricing, payment terms, volumes, quality, and security of supply.
• Build relationships with major logistics suppliers and serve as a market expert for the assigned category.
• Collaborate with global procurement teams and engage internal and external stakeholders.
• Support price forecasting, budgeting, productivity improvements, and cost reduction initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of relevant commercial or procurement experience.
• Experience with liquid bulk and/or chemical shipping requirements.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, interpersonal, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Knowledge of technologies used in process analysis, supply chain optimization, procurement, AI, and resource planning.
• Experience working in a matrix or multi-site organization.
