Senior Manager, Supply Chain - National Brands

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of sourcing professionals, including accountability, capability growth, recruitment, and achievement of OKRs.
• Set and execute National Brands supply chain strategies supporting category growth, margin expansion, cost, service, quality, and revenue objectives.
• Lead commercial negotiations, procurement initiatives, supplier performance management, and vendor partnerships.
• Improve service levels, lead times, supplier responsiveness, visibility, and continuous improvement across the supply chain.
• Advance supplier digital connectivity, data enablement, Supplier Relationship Management capabilities, AI adoption, and technology-enabled process transformation.
• Partner with Product Merchandising, Category, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams on assortment, pricing, margin, service-level, and enterprise initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in supply chain, strategic sourcing, or procurement.
• Experience developing supplier strategies, leading commercial negotiations, managing supplier performance, and delivering cost savings, revenue growth, and operational improvements.
• Experience leading and developing teams, including people leaders and senior individual contributors.
• Strong financial acumen and experience working cross-functionally with merchandising, product, sales, finance, and operations.
• Ability to travel by car and/or plane up to 20%; a valid, unexpired driver’s license and satisfactory driving record are required.

• Experience in distribution, resale, or vendor-managed supply chains.
• Experience with e-auctions, strategic sourcing tools, quoting, or order-to-cash process improvement.
• Experience using analytics, AI, and digital tools to improve decision-making and business performance.
