Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager (Healthcare Procurement)

What you will do

• Lead enterprise-wide strategic sourcing initiatives across assigned product and service categories.
• Develop commodity strategies, manage RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes, and negotiate complex high-value contracts.
• Analyze spend, demand, supply markets, total cost of ownership, savings, and supplier risks.
• Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar tools.
• Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with regional health ministries, operations, finance, legal, and senior stakeholders.
• Manage supplier and group purchasing organization relationships, contract implementation, scorecards, and business reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, supply chain management, a clinical discipline, or a related field, plus 7+ years of progressively responsible experience.
• Leadership experience and the ability to lead sourcing professionals and cross-functional teams.
• Advanced knowledge of strategic sourcing, procurement, contract portfolios, financial analysis, and supplier management.
• Experience with advanced data analytics, data visualization, statistical analysis, Power BI, Tableau, and intermediate-to-advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of contract law, regulatory requirements, Lean operations, project management, and sourcing process improvement.
• Strong negotiation, communication, organizational, analytical, and stakeholder relationship management skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Healthcare industry experience.
• High proficiency in data visualization, statistical analysis, and business intelligence tools.
