What you will do

• Lead strategic sourcing activities for complex initiatives, including competitive sourcing processes and high-value contract negotiations.
• Drive system-wide standardization and optimization of sourcing policies, processes, and methodologies; centralize vendor/contract labor strategy and spend.
• Manage enterprise spend management across assigned categories, including spend analysis, demand forecasting, and supply market intelligence.
• Develop and execute commodity strategies using total cost of ownership and other financial models; prioritize projects and lead RFI/RFP/RFQ cycles.
• Lead cross-functional teams and supplier/GPO relationships; ensure contract compliance and monitor supplier performance via scorecards.
• Collect and analyze large datasets, build dashboards/reports (Power BI/Tableau/Excel), and provide decision support using KPI/metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, supply chain management, a portfolio-specific clinical discipline, or a related field, plus 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in a multi-entity, multi-level organization.
• Comprehensive knowledge of strategic sourcing and contract portfolio management, with demonstrated ability to perform complex financial analysis.
• Advanced data analytics and procurement practices, including intermediate to advanced Excel and Power BI/Tableau (or similar tools).
• Leadership experience managing sourcing professionals and leading project work from initiation through completion.
• Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing/operations and technical problem-solving concepts.
• Knowledge of contract law and ability to work with internal legal counsel; strong interpersonal skills to negotiate and influence across senior stakeholders.
