Senior Manager, Sourcing (CPG)

Location: New York, NY; in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

Base salary: $118,000–$147,500 annually

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end supply chain strategy for assigned men's and women's shave categories.
• Oversee new product introductions, margin expansion, supply risk mitigation, and continuous improvement programs.
• Manage RFQs and define supplier selection strategies for components and finished-good assembly.
• Set global supplier strategy and lead negotiations covering costs, contracts, and escalations.
• Lead cross-functional projects and present metrics, recommendations, and operational considerations to senior leadership.
• Coordinate with teams across New York, Germany, the UK, and Asia, as well as suppliers and contract manufacturers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain or a related field such as Finance, Engineering, or Economics.
• Professional experience in an analytical, data-driven supply chain or operations role.
• Experience working across multiple functions in a fast-paced CPG environment.
• Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, and consensus-building skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex supplier agreements.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to meet suppliers and visit manufacturing sites.
