Deal Manager (Industrial & Supply Chain Projects)

What you will do

• Own proposal and bidding timelines across multiple internal teams.
• Lead meetings covering progress, risks, open items, and strategy changes.
• Guide teams through process stages, reviews, and approvals.
• Coordinate multiple proposals while balancing shifting priorities and complexity.
• Facilitate issue resolution and ensure proposals align with the overall win strategy.
• Provide status reports to leadership and support accurate, compliant, high-quality submissions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 4–7 years of experience in project management, project execution, or a related role.
• Understanding of industrial or supply chain environments and common facility standards.
• Experience managing multiple projects with different timelines and complexity levels.
• Ability to identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, and scope changes.
• Clear communication with project teams and senior leaders, including status reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort working within structured project processes.
