Project Manager (Supply Chain Automation)

Location: Irving, Texas, United States; hybrid. Travel up to 10–20% is required for customer meetings, project reviews, installation activities, and key milestones.

What you will do

• Own complex customer projects from sales handoff through final acceptance.
• Lead international, cross-functional teams across engineering, software, site management, supply chain, finance, manufacturing, and subcontractors.
• Develop project plans, allocate resources, forecast requirements, manage schedules and budgets, and monitor delivery performance.
• Manage contractual obligations, change orders, variation requests, commercial risks, supplier tenders, documentation, invoicing, and customer reporting.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, PAC and FAC milestones, while identifying risks and implementing corrective actions.
• Serve as the primary customer escalation point and maintain stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent education and experience.
• 8+ years of project management experience, preferably in logistics, automation, material handling, or industrial environments.
• Proven experience managing complex projects involving planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and execution.
• Experience working in matrix organizations and leading cross-functional, international teams.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Project management certification such as PMP, CAPM, IPMA, or PRINCE2 is preferred.
