Sr Project Manager - Integrated Packaging Systems

Location: Remote within the United States; position is associated with Greenville, South Carolina. Domestic and international travel is required approximately 30%–40% of the time, with off-normal-hour communication for international customers.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary customer interface and own project performance from initiation through final acceptance.
• Coordinate engineering, quality assurance, procurement, production, shipping, finance, and customer service to achieve delivery, contract, and profitability targets.
• Manage customer communication, technical and commercial issue resolution, contract modifications, meetings, and project-level planning.
• Track revenue, costs, margins, milestone invoicing, vendor bids, documentation submissions, and customer approvals.
• Develop and maintain master project schedules while overseeing risk analysis and mitigation plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a similar engineering or technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in engineering, integration, or project management, preferably in packaging or automation.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, quality, procurement, manufacturing, estimating, billing, delivery, and configuration management.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, organization, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project Professional, and MS SharePoint; experience with AutoCAD and an MRP system is preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
