Sr Manager, Operations Excellence and PMO (Supply Chain)

Location: DeKalb, Illinois, United States; hybrid eligible with travel to the DeKalb facility at least 4 days per week. Travel may include up to 25% domestic and international travel. Relocation assistance may be authorized.

Salary: $221,591–$270,834 annually, including base pay and variable incentive pay where eligible.

What you will do

• Lead complex, cross-functional supply chain and logistics improvement initiatives from scope definition through successful delivery.
• Manage projects within distribution centers focused on operational efficiency, automation, and process optimization.
• Lead the PMO by developing and maintaining project management standards, methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Build project plans, communication plans, budgets, work breakdown structures, and vendor payment processes.
• Coordinate global resources, business leaders, stakeholders, external contacts, and project teams across multiple disciplines.
• Mentor and coach project leaders and provide training on project leadership tools and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, business, or a related field.
• PMP certification or Lean Six Sigma-related project management certification.
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain, distribution, or operations excellence.
• 5+ years of experience in project leadership or operations excellence.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.
• Ability to work hybrid in DeKalb and travel to the facility at least 4 days per week.

Nice to have

• CSCP, CLTD, SC Pro, or APICS certification.
• Experience implementing automation in fulfillment or distribution centers.
• Transformation management experience.
• Complex systems analysis, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
