Location: Aurora, Colorado, United States

Salary: $177,700–$244,400 per year; additional compensation may include bonuses and relocation benefits.

What you will do

  • Coordinate enterprise-level tasks, requirements, activities, and issues across three operational locations.
  • Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, requirements documentation, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Monitor cost, schedule, inventory, quality, risk, and contract performance, taking corrective action when needed.
  • Manage customer expectations and serve as the primary point of contact for government and customer leadership.
  • Oversee transition planning, the PMP, staffing continuity, work priorities, and 24/7 operational support.
  • Supervise facility maintenance, repair, service operations, environmental health and safety, quality control, and contract reporting.

Requirements

  • TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
  • 15 years of program management experience with large, complex operations and sustainment requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with P&L responsibility, personnel management, facility management, operations, and sustainment projects.
  • Proficiency in managing project scope, schedules, costs, risks, deliverables, customer requirements, and related metrics.
  • Willingness and ability to manage a 24/7/365 operational environment, including crisis management and special-event support.

Nice to have

  • PMP or equivalent certification.
  • Quality control or quality assurance certification.
  • Experience managing secure facilities.
