What you will do

  • Lead, manage, and administer the contracted effort.
  • Direct and supervise contractor personnel to ensure efficient program and project operations.
  • Plan and oversee contract and subcontract support activities, ensuring deliverables meet quality, schedule, and budget requirements.
  • Maintain and update the personnel charging Staffing Plan.
  • Create detailed breakdowns of TDL and project funding by CLIN, SLIN, and ACRN.
  • Support the GPL in resolving technical, program, and project-related issues and objectives.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a technical, business, computer science, or IT discipline, or a bachelor’s degree plus four additional years of work experience.
  • At least 10 years of experience leading and managing contracted efforts and overseeing contractor performance and deliverables.
  • Ability to independently manage high-visibility or mission-critical program activities and oversee less senior staff.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, customer relations, documentation, communication, and process-improvement skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with the ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • U.S. citizenship, eligibility for access to classified information, completion of a full government background investigation, and an active Secret security clearance are required.
