What you will do

• Build and strengthen client relationships while serving as a trusted resource for senior stakeholders.
• Manage Account Executives, independent contractors, and multiple digital marketing engagements.
• Develop actionable briefs, lead client dialogue, and present work clearly and persuasively.
• Coordinate client and agency expectations, remove roadblocks, and oversee production stages and resourcing.
• Coach and develop team members through training, feedback, and growth planning.
• Track the financial picture, including contribution margins and revenue targets.

Requirements

• Four years of college education and five to seven years of relevant experience, preferably at a creative agency.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, business adaptation, client products or services, markets, consumers, and marketing objectives.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, time-management, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven leadership and management experience, including coaching talent and bringing diverse groups together.
• Ability to adapt quickly to change and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, or Midjourney.
