Project Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Office location or remote within the USA; up to 25% annual travel required.

Salary: $81,000–$108,000 annually.

What you will do

• Plan, direct, and coordinate cross-functional software implementation projects within defined timelines and budgets.
• Serve as the primary customer contact for implementation of hirify.global core products and lead coordination calls.
• Facilitate project kickoffs, gather requirements, and align internal and customer activities.
• Build and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and implementation artifacts.
• Track risks and issues, drive mitigation and resolution, and provide visibility into milestones at risk.
• Report project progress and escalations to client and hirify.global senior leadership while maintaining stakeholder accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in project leadership roles.
• Experience with software development, implementation, or integration projects and a basic understanding of the software implementation life cycle.
• Knowledge of project management methods and processes, including SDLC and Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver project scope on time and within budget while managing customer relationships.
• Strong facilitation, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and willingness to travel up to 25% annually.

Nice to have

• CAPM certification or equivalent.
• Experience managing multiple technology or healthcare projects simultaneously.
• Healthcare technology implementation experience.
