Senior Technical Project/Program Manager

Location: Remote Flex in Louisiana and other states listed on the job posting; virtual work with a few in-office visits each year

Salary: $107,901–$172,642 annually

What you will do

• Lead planning, execution, delivery, release, and post-implementation transition for complex digital technology initiatives.
• Manage integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, roadmaps, budgets, forecasts, resources, and delivery constraints.
• Coordinate Agile teams across engineering, product, business, architecture, vendors, and enterprise programs.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, decisions, and technical blockers.
• Oversee governance, compliance, quality, release readiness, approvals, change management, and transition to production support.
• Provide clear status, risk, dependency, and decision updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree, where required, and 5+ years of experience in a related field.
• In lieu of a degree, 7+ years of related experience may be accepted.
• Experience leading complex technology projects, technical programs, or enterprise delivery initiatives.
• Strong project management expertise across risk, resources, budgets, stakeholders, and cross-functional delivery.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC, technical dependency management, release planning, governance, and enterprise delivery practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with vendor management, business readiness, change management, and release coordination.
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or related project management certification.
