Senior Engineer - IT (ETL)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL solutions using Informatica, Databricks, and Syncsort.
• Build data extraction, transformation, and loading workflows for business intelligence and data warehouse projects.
• Develop and optimize SQL, PL/SQL, Spark SQL, Hive, and Presto queries, including procedures, functions, triggers, constraints, and cursors.
• Design data warehouse architectures focused on data quality, performance, and error handling.
• Execute SDLC activities across requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, migration, and support.
• Provide Level-2 and on-call production support, troubleshoot ETL failures and job abends, and coordinate incident resolution with technical teams.

Requirements

• B.Tech in Computer Science or MCA.
• 4–6 years of experience in development projects with a business intelligence or data warehousing background.
• Experience with Informatica IICS/IDMC, Databricks, Spark, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, and DB2 UDB.
• Proficiency in Python, UNIX, data warehousing, data modeling, and Spark SQL.
• Experience with ETL performance optimization, unit testing, production support, and solution architecture.
• Must be based in Gurgaon, India.
